Heedly is the career coach for lawyers and consultants. It connects your career goals to the work on your desk this week, and keeps you from burning out on the way.
Most career goals are set once a year and forgotten by Monday. Heedly brings yours into every workday.
Questions you ask yourself
Most of them wait for the annual review.
“Am I on track for promotion, or on the way out?”
Up or out has a date, but nobody spells out the criteria. Heedly builds your career plan with milestones and reads along every week: what counted, where the next lever is. Your weekly report tells you before the annual review does.
“What am I actually worth right now?”
Salary bands are half public, but where you stand isn't. Heedly places your level across five dimensions and puts published salary bands by city next to it. Sourced, not AI estimates.
The question usually comes in year three to five, between a billable target and a partner track that rarely tells you where you stand. Heedly puts your level, your market value and your milestones in one place, so you decide with numbers, not a feeling.

Who's behind Heedly
“I started Heedly because waiting a whole year for one career conversation, with a manager who sees only part of the picture and rightly puts the firm first, never felt like the right way to grow. So Heedly starts with your own goals and ambitions, and keeps what your firm needs in view as well.”
Built for associates, consultants and managers on the way to partner. Not for firms buying seats for a team, and not for careers outside law and consulting: the career ladders, salary bands and coaching are made for these two.
Consulting
From analyst to partner, with or without a formal ladder.
Client names on your list are swapped for code names before anything reaches the AI.

14 days free
No card needed. Every feature included.
Questions
Before you start.
What happens when the 14 days are over?
Nothing, unless you choose a plan. The trial needs no card and doesn't turn into a subscription by itself. If you don't subscribe, your account and everything in it stay saved and visible, but you can't change them or use the AI features until you choose a plan.
If I subscribe during the trial, do I lose the days left?
No. On the website, your first payment is taken on the day the trial would have ended. Only in its last two days is it taken right away.
How do I cancel?
Subscribed on the website: any time, from the billing portal in Settings, with no notice period. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Subscribed in the iPhone app: in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, because only Apple can cancel App Store subscriptions.
What does the money-back guarantee cover?
Your first payment on the website, in full, if you email us within 4 weeks of it. No conditions, no reason needed. The refund ends the subscription. It applies once per person and not to renewals. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Which AI powers Adrian?
Language models from OpenAI, called through Heedly's own server; the API key never reaches your device. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. Nothing goes to the AI before you agree to it in the app, and you can switch the AI features off in Settings.
What does Heedly know about my clients?
Nothing it needs. At onboarding you're asked to use matter codes or project code names instead of client names. As a second safeguard, client names on your list and well-known company names are swapped for code names before anything reaches the AI. Names on neither list are sent as you write them, and voice notes are sent as audio, which can't be masked.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, with Supabase. TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Never sold, never used to train AI. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, inside the app.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes, on the App Store, with the same account and the same data. Subscriptions bought in the app cost more than on the website, because Apple takes a commission, and Apple bills them.
